Reliability
This was not the best Focus off the production line! Numerous problems with overheating and the battery.
Image
It's a Ford so it's never going to be brilliant on image, styling is futuristic still, but the alloy wheels are rather dull.
Comfort
Seats are very comfy, lots of equipment, interior is average, some plastics are cheap in the back.
