Yes, but this shape would get 10/10 for style in my opinion. Diesel better on mpg aswell !!!

Did you get a good deal and why?
Its a good car, baring in mind this is now aproaching 14 years old later this year !! Good MPG on Diesel on longer journeys. Top of the range spec Ghia for earlier model such as this, chrome surrounds, a/c etc.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Cheap Diesel, Good all rounder !

Best Handlers Ever ! Ive had two petrol models before this one !

Easy, Clear vision alround the car.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Unfortunatley yes. On purchase I needed replace the front x2 coil springs as they had both snapped ! A common thing i have read into before in reviews. Some months later the car begain to not start and the battery had to be jumped every time which later the garage diagnosed as a faulty alternator (£118) and a new battery (£65). Other than these main things regular oil and filter changes and renewing the cambelt, its going strong even now at 182,500 on the clock !!!
What's most practical about your car?
Flexable rear seats fold for estate like room, weve had dogs. Bales of straw as my partner as horses in the back. Comfort for all the family in the back !
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
6000 cd Ford standard, never a problem with that unit. A/C no longer works but no problems with the heater controls. Heated front screen is brilliant for defrosting the front windscreen on a cold british winter morning !
