Ford Focus Hatchback 2.0 ST170 5d (2003/53) Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
-
Economy
Value
Once you talk the dealer down with a few more toys and the set price is more their aim not yours.
Costs
Insurance costs are high (what do you expect). Fuel tank has a hole in it (seems that way).
-
On the road
Driving
Great around all the bends and on the straights for overtaking.
Performance
Never fails to bring a smile to my face.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Still early days touching wood here!
Image
Fits in next to all the normal cars in the station car park. What wolf would not want a sheep's skin when in the middle of the flock? Lots of cars (more with younger drivers) changed to make them look a little more like the ST (can shot them a mile off).
Comfort
Went for full leather, which adds lots to the comfort.
-
Security and Service
Security
Cat 1 alarm fitted as standard (but in testing found it very quiet).
Service
Little things were over-looked, which meant the car had to go back in again.
