No, only if ford are taken over by someone who understands customer service and quality materials! Don't think that will happen. Will not buy another ford!

What was the dealer like?
Dealer was brilliant on deliver but as soon as I drove away they couldn't care a less. Aftersales service is terrible even when there is a fault, which I have had a few. Staff at dealship can sometimes be rude and are clearly not interested.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
One of the very best cars I have ever driven, knocks spots of the Golf, Leon & Astra - different class! Loads of feel through the steering wheel and you really feel part of the car. Suspension is a bit unforgiving and wind noice is a bit intrusive, I can live with that given the amazing drive though. The 1.6 100 BHP is a bit guttless but there is still fun to be had. I would recomend the 1.6 110 BHP. Fuel aconomy is nothing special, con normally get around 310 miles from a full tank.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Lots of rattles:- - Rear passenger side window/seat belt - Drivers seat belt - passenger seat belt - somewhere around the tailgate area The apperience of quality is good but look a little further and there are massive signs of cost cutting. PLEASE LOOK!!
What's most practical about your car?
Boot is massive and rear space is good but absolutely stupid rear access through the front seats. The front seats will not go back to their original position, you find yourself adjusting everytime you have rear passengers!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
I have the opitional full body kit & 18" Alloy Wheels (manufacturer fitted). Looks fabulous! Everybody notices it in the work car park. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY! I really mean that!! Looks the double of the ST!
