Economy
Value
Don't buy a new one privately - they're bought by fleets for nothing like the quoted list price.
Costs
More than 50mpg even when driven hard. Massive depreciation (it's a repmobile with zero image), so buy s/h.

On the road
Driving
Terrible turbo lag makes car hard to drive in 1st and 2nd gear. Rear view mirror obscures forward vision. Suspension soaks up anything although body roll is quite noticeable.
Performance
OK on the motorway but not much torque and a narrow power band. Need to change gear a lot.

Living with it
Reliability
Too early to say.
Image
Everyone will think it's a company car, not pretty from any angle, there will be literally millions of them on the road with you.
Comfort
Poorly screwed together cabin has lots of rattles, with a particularly irritating one in the passenger seat squab. Seats gave me a backache after a 300 mile trip.
