Owned a 2011 MK 2.5 1.6 Tdci for 7 years....The car was very reliable, returned good MPG and had sufficient power. In addition, the cabin and boot were roomy and adequate.
Downsides: Lack of refinement (in terms of motorway cruises), no cruise control and no sixth gear.
Given the lower price point and very reasonable servicing costs, the MK 2.5 Focus was an excellent overall car.
