Ford Focus Hatchback (2005 - 2011) 1.6 Zetec 5d (08) Owner Review

Had a MK1 Focus & loved it The look the way it drove Eventually kept breaking down so had to get a car quick so got a MK2. It's a good car (see all the journos reviews ) but there's a lot of weirdness: handbrake on the wrong side;huge console lid but tiny storage; front arm rests so wide makes using door bins difficult; speedo position means you can't see speed higher than 50mph when hands on wheel; steering column stalks so long when you move your hands you turn on the windscreen wipers; cup holders too small; 12v charger position means any phone cable is near the gear lever And a few more It's like the car was designed by committee on a Friday afternoon after a long liquid lunch
