What does this car say about you?

I have no imagination, given up with appearance.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Hate it, They think its ugly poorly built.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Most definitely not and never buying a Ford again. Tacky horrible cars that the motor journalists rave about for driving thrills, when in reality this car and many other Fords I have driven, Fiesta, Mondeo, s-max, do not thrill when driving, dont feel particularly safe and are poor built with a bad representation of quality cars from Seat/skoda/Fiat/Honda/vw represent far better value/build quality and driving pleasure.

What are you likely to buy next?

I have an Audi Q3 now, another class of car. Boring and safe and of course a different car. But is in another class compared to the vial ford.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes paid 1500 under the market price at the time but was from my mother so not very relevant.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Mum was selling it cheap and my Vw Golf was getting old. Although wish kept the Golf in hindesight.

What's it like to drive?

Everyone raves about this car and true it is quite agile and comfortable. But quite an unsecure car when driving in the wet which is fun when youre in the mood but considering most of these cars are driven by mothers with children on board and the elderly, it is prone to understeer and wheel spin on any moderately greasy road. Which when you are generally driving to and from work not wishing to have fun and aiming to relax it is a major irritation. had no such problem with m previous Golf, BMW or current Audi.

What's it like to park?

Quite easy, door handles wierdly obstructing when parallel parking.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Lots. Bluetooth and voice activation stopped after 2 months. Cambelt slipped. Water somewhow got in to the fuse box and had to replace the whole unit at £680. Wipers stopped working, new unit at £180. Then recently the gearbox smashed itself to peices while i was travelling at 60 mph on a dual carriageway in fifth and had been for 15 minutes. Cost would all in is £850. Terribly unreliable car. In one year of ownership it has cost £1700. Awful car!

What's most practical about your car?

Rear seats quite spacious and boot very large.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Very sparce on equipement. Bluetooth when it did work.
