Did you get a good deal and why?

I believe I got a good deal as I part exchanged two cars and received a satisfactory sum for both cars. Purchase price was reduced by £5500.

What was the dealer like?

Friendly and helpful, not pushy, answered all our questions.

What's it like to drive?

Very good to drive, the 1800 engine gives a very good response at high speeds and is necessery if you live in a hilly area. Good road handling.

What's it like to park?

Easy to park, adjustable wing mirrors are very helpful.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No, but am unhappy about 1.brake pads - which are noisy and shudder when pressed hard. I have had to replace them with pads which are non-fords. 2. Reverse gear which when selecting has to be pushed hard otherwise it can slip put. 3. Noisy road noise, unlike my old Mondeo.

What's most practical about your car?

Very good boot size, especially when rear seats are folded down. Reasonably spacious interior. No complaints from rear seat passengers about leg room or uncomfortable seats.
