to quote " Crikey , it goes some "... from a friend... The wife likes the performance and ease of use... just not driving it in town.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - cheap to run, insure and live with. One of the best cars I have had... just don't expect to stand out from the crowd!

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yep - originally ordered a 1.8 which they "lost" so gave me a 2.0 instead. Great!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Generally good - the Zetec comes with "sportier" suspension as standard although the steering can be adjusted for comfort etc. 2.0 TDCi engine is very good - loads of torque and plenty of pull to overtake when you need to. Can be a little cumbersome at low speed/city driving but that's more a personal thing I suppose. Handling is also good considering the bulk of the car being moved about. A little too much road noise for some - but for me I just turn the radio/cd up.
What's it like to park?
Easy. Great turning circle and good visability.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Diesel Catalyst Thingymajig went pear at 5000 miles - replaced under warranty. Turbo Hose went at 46000 Miles. Clutch starting to slip a bit at 54000 miles.
What's most practical about your car?
MPG & Tax Costs.
