Summary
What does this car say about you?
To be honest it can be a bit chavish, but you dont really care if you have one
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
A lot have people have not seen one before as they are built in limited numbers, but most love them. Especially the colour
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, you cant get another car with this sort of preformance and looks for this little money.
What are you likely to buy next?
I use this as a second car and the main car a Honda Civic Type-R. I'd probally go for a Mitsibishi Evo 8 as it would be nice to have a car with 4 doors

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£8,500
When did you buy the car?
February 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
I bought the car private. I think this is the best way as you can get the car for less most of the time. I had the car with 29,000 miles and full service history with no silly mods for a very good deal.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
As im only 21, its very expensive to insure any preformance cars. For the same sort of looks, preformance and insurance costs, I would have to spend quite a bit more. The RS has it all
What was the dealer like?
The seller was a nice chap, told me lots about the car, but was almost in tears when I bought the car

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The driving experince is fantastic. It holds in the corners like its on rails even compared to subaru's and evo's. The ride is quite stiff when on bumpy roads but on the motorway its fine
What's it like to park?
Again its the same size as any ford focus so it simple to park, plenty of visability, just watch out for your arches as they are quite big. I dont recomend you park next to other cars if it can be helped

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Owning the car for almost 6 months the only thing to go wrong was a drive shaft failed. It wasn't the cheapest thing in the world to replace but it is an RS at the end of the day. Front tyres only last around 6000 miles so be prepared
What's most practical about your car?
The car is ford focus, so its got plenty of room inside for passengers and a modest boot space. I'm over 6 foot and have plenty of room
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The best thing has got to be the push start button
