Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says I'm different and not afraid to show it with my big in your face ultimate green RS:).
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They love it and always ask about the car. Love going in it and some asking to drive it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes I would. I have a green one and would get another just as it stands out so much. Best car I've ever had.
What are you likely to buy next?
Depending on what the new Focus RS looks like, I may get one of them but at the moment, I'll be keeping mine for a very long time hopefully.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£21,500
When did you buy the car?
February 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
I think I paid a good price for my car considering it had 25k miles and it was a 10 plate. Was searching for the right one with all the extras for a while and this was the cheapest that ticked all the right boxes.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Always wanted one ever since it got released, mainly because of the looks and power.
What was the dealer like?
The dealer was awful. It was Evans Halshaw Ford in Wolverhampton. Put a deposit on the car to go and collect from them (2 hour drive) on Sunday. When I got there and decided to buy they told me I could not take the car home as it is not taxed and the tax office closed at coincidently the time they told me to get there. Made arrangements to collect the following week only to find 10min into the journey there, I got a phone call saying the car is not taxed due to no log book for the car. About to cancel the car and look elsewhere when the following day they rang and said can you come and collect as it is now taxed somehow without a log book. Asked to make it the Sunday as was busy the Sat and they replied saying they cannot let cars out of the premises on Sundays.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fantastic really. Always have power no matter what gear. Sports suspension is firm but not enough to upset you on a rougher road. I must admit the clutch can be a little hard on your foot if used in traffic jams say in rush our but I would suggest not using this car in those conditions.
What's it like to park?
Piece of cake! Parking sensors, Reversing camera, Big mirrors and easy to see window. Couldn't be any easier.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Everything is in tip top shape. Only thing is the rare cluth pedal sticking down issue under heavy throttle. This has happened a couple of times and should be fixed under warranty, bus as other RS owners have experienced. It is hard to get fixed due to garages not being able to see the problem asit is intermittent problem.
What's most practical about your car?
It is still a focus! Easy to drive, boot space, easy to park due to parking sensors and camera, and quiet at constant speed.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Has to be the sat nav with reversing camera. Bluetooth for my phone is also very useful. The mini fridge is also cool in hot weather. Best of all is the small unexpected pops from the exhaust I get. Smile on my face every time:).
