Great people carrier why take 2 cars when 1 will do! Great for moving large items, take seats out & its a van. Best car I have had & will take some beating. I will keep it until the end. I do have another car Z4 & others in household TT, 1 series & Corsa. However, they have not earned their stripes yet.
How reliable do you find the car?
Bought car with 102k on clock with part history. Took risk as had mondeo 1.8 which was on 160k and written off. Only issue I have had is wiper motor rebuild. Other issue, which I resolved myself, after a couple of mechanics tried was a fuel pum relay. Car would cut out then not turn over / not turn over for long periods. It was a £12 relay buried deep in fuse box under steering area. After 10 years a couple of electrical gremlins. Central locking not locking front door, air con, parking sensors. Idle pulley broke, fixed with a £6 pulley instead of buying whole unit.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Been to France / Ireland many times & car is brilliant for space and driving experience. You sit up high & a great view. Still use for long journeys when I need to carry more passengers / load. I have even used it to do a house move / rins to tip!About their car
