Summary
What does this car say about you?
The initial comments I had was posh sod, I don't see that, but since I'm stuck with having to carry more kit, I thought I'd get a nice one.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Niece's love the DVD screens in the back, to be fair so do I, but I don't get to see them.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely, yeah its had issues, most Galaxies do. I look after it, it looks after me.
What are you likely to buy next?
I hoping with one last a long time, but if I have to change maybe the Mark 3 is next.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£2,400
When did you buy the car?
October 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Its got a wad of service history like I'd not seen before, its been especially well looked after.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I'm disabled, condition has worsened so need to carry scooter, my pervious car would take the smaller portable one, but I can no longer use. I didn't really want a standard modified disabled vehicle mainly because to me its obvious what they are, basically vans. Its true to say Galaxy has been modified for me, but you cant tell from the outside plus the fact its a much more comfy car, the heated seats I discovered actually help the pain.
What was the dealer like?
Evans Hallshaw. They didn't really haggle much, I was chancing my arm I suppose.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Oh my god, I went from a 1.1 Alto to this, It may be a big old beast but its quick. Down side, you'll visit fuel stations OFTEN.
What's it like to park?
Find a space big enough and with parking sensors its easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Its had some issues, False Brake pad warning, fixed under warranty, also had ABS sensor fault (Easy fix,) Mice had a nibble through the wiring for the ECU, it needed remapped, intermittent misfire, coils all 6 replaced, btw there a git to get out on this engine.. I've just put new battery in it. The recurring issue I have the stability control triggers every six run or so, I cant find out why.
What's most practical about your car?
It carries a 100 kg scooter without an issue, and I've got room for passengers.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Built in sat nav, by todays standards system is dated but with updated maps its get where I need to get to.
