This was everything I hoped it would be. A quiet, powerful, saloon-like ride with masses of space and versatility.
The 2018/19+ model year has the latest toys albeit in quite a dated surrounding car. They do seem a bit ‘grafted on’
It replaced a £100k super-saloon and so far it’s just doing everything better and the whole experience is very relaxing.
50mpg on a steady run, 40mpg if loaded with half a campsite.
It won’t be faultless but when something breaks it will be relatively inexpensive at the Ford dealer.
I’ve known I needed this car for many years but didn’t realise I would enjoy it so much.
