Economy
Value
Truly ripped off by the ford dealership. Paid £6500 with 30000 miles on the clock.
Costs
Lots of niggling faults - door/boot locks, rear suspension, front discs. I can get 275 miles from £25 of fuel - I make that 33miles/gallon, which isn't good.

Driving
Lots of fun to drive. Handles well, with good power steering and good brakes. Particularly strong are the clutch and gearbox.
Performance
Spritely at high revs if a bit noisy. Fun to throw around, but lacking a bit in acceleration.

Living with it
Reliability
Has let us down 3 times in total. Low battery in all cases. My fault once though.
Image
Gotta love it! Don't like the idea of the factory-supplied Ford handbag nestling in its holder under the passenger seat, though!
Comfort
Comfortable enough. I find it throws me a little towards the centre of the car, twisting my back a little on long journeys.

Security and Service
Security
Never had any problems. Presume the coloured bit on the key is something to do with an immobiliser??
Service
Ford dealership was appaling with overpricing and misleading advice. Wouldn't honour their extra (Gold) warranty.
