Summary
What does this car say about you?
Absolutely nothing. It doesn't suit me, but can just about get away with it because of the alloys and spoiler.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No opinion. Its just another Ka.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. Its slow, noisy, uneconomical and really showing its age. There won't be many decent ones left soon and there are better alternatives out there.
What are you likely to buy next?
New shape Fiesta ST or Golf GTD.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£2,700
When did you buy the car?
January 2015
Did you get a good deal and why?
Not really. Were not willing to budge as there was a lot of interest due to the low mileage and immaculate bodywork. Compared to others I'd viewed, I was more than happy though.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed something small and economical with very low repair bills to get me to work and back.
What was the dealer like?
Very good - Evans Halshaw in St Albans. Gave me half a tank of fuel and carried out all work as promised.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Like a go-kart! its nippy from the off, but that's where it ends I'm afraid. Its noisy, sluggish and not as fuel efficient as newer cars out there. Plus not that cheap to tax because of the old, dirty 1.3 engine.
What's it like to park?
A breeze. Its narrow and short. Can stick it anywhere. All round visibility is great.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Clutch went at 52k miles, but was only £300 and nearside front bumper clips have broken off, but I've replaced these very easily myself.
What's most practical about your car?
Its size. Its great for bombing down country lanes and finding a space to park.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
AUX input for Ipod and Heated front screen.
