Very happy with Kuga for first couple of years until recently. The gears automatic gear box started feeling sluggish and before had chance to book in had electrical failure. Recovered to Ford dealer who fitted new battery and changed transmission fluid and did service and MOT for £1000. The next day gear box failed and recovered back to dealer. They quoted £4900 for new gear box and blamed me for not changing transmission fluid earlier. Moved car to auto gearbox specialist in Erith who fitted new gearbox and still found they had problems which they eventually traced to switch on foot brake faulting the metatronic unit in gear box. They have had it for week and half and charging £3312. I hope to pick up soon but have lost all faith and a lot of money on the car. Will not be using Ford dealer again and will not buy another Ford.
