Economy
Value
Trade-in value is HALF of the new price after 12months!!!
Costs
Tyres are £145 each, Only manage 40mpg on motorway at 70mph in 6th gear- NOT GOOD. Cost of constantly going to dealer for repairs a complete nightmare.

Update on last review…
Performance
Latest fault is that the car stalls at 30mph when changing between 2nd and 3rd. Vibrates dreadfully below 2000rpm. Above 2000rpm goes like a rocket. Overtaking has never been easier.

Living with it
Reliability
Ford and trading standards intervened on my behalf, due to the volume of faults on my car. The TDCI engine has A LOT of known design faults and Ford service bulletins for repairs.
Image
Service was appalling until Ford came to my rescue. Dealership is now buying my car back.
Comfort
Vibrations below 2000rpm and vibrations from car when loaded are very uncomfortable. Rear view mirror is constantly blurred through vibration and makes me feel sick. Car interior smells of the clutch burning after last repair.

Security and Service
Security
Very good alarm/deadlocks… no problems.
Service
Ford customer relations have been FANTASTIC, they could have done nothing more to help me out. Thanks to them the dealer is buying my car back. THANK YOU FORD!!!!
