Summary
What does this car say about you?
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Would you buy this car again and why?
I'd definitely buy one of these again however they are getting rarer and rarer. I managed to get mine for £30 from a family relative but i'd assume they'd be going for less than £600 if you can find one in reasonable condition...
What are you likely to buy next?
I've had a lot of common rail diesels and quite frankly i am scared to buy another one due to the problems i've had with the newer diesel engines. No silly warnings on this car and the most expensive thing to go wrong on it would be £200 max unlike £1000+ on newer diesels. These older diesel engines also seem far more robust and way way more easier to maintain yourself rather than going to a 'rip' off conning dealer/garage.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
5/5. Can easily gain 50MPG+ when driving on the motorway. Very nippy for an old turbo diesel engine once the turbo kicks in which is around 2,200rpm on these no problem at all for overtaking and climbing up hills. Can easily change gear at 1,500rpm.
What's it like to park?
Relatively easy for myself but i've seen a lot of these with 'taped' up rear bumpers so maybe difficult for others?
