Summary
What does this car say about you?
Nothing. Anonymous and discrete. Perfect.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Very ordinary - until you sit in/drive it and then amazed at the refinement.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. Cheap, comfortable, great to drive and for those on a budget unsurpassed. Overall far better than the high end German kit I have driven for the last 16 years.

Mondeo estate for my better half.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I have had a number of very well regarded cars..... Several 5 series BMW, some very high end Audi A8's, Porsches etc. and then a mondeo........put your preconceptions to one side, what a fantastic car. Smooth engine, loads of torque, pin sharp steering, great ride quality, good on twisty bits and a fantastic cruiser. All of this and I have averaged 57mpg on a mix of dual carriageway and A road/city driving. As an all rounder it is better to drive and own than the 5 series as it's far cheaper to run/service.
What's it like to park?
Tricky with no parking sensors, need to revert to good old fashioned get out look technique!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nope
What's most practical about your car?
Loads of room, enormous boot, comfortable and fantastic mpg.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Heated front screen is a real boon. Being the zetec it has a modest amount of kit.
