Always wanted a Mondeo, had this to replace an older 1.6 Focus. Excellent service from the Ford dealership (NOT my local one!) Car is great to drive out of town, and especially on Motorways, but is a nightmare to park in town - car parking spaces are NOT big enough, it sticks out. Also, you really need (but don't get on most models) Parking Sensors. First car I have had with Bluetooth for hands-free mobile calling - works very well, unlike the voice control which is fiddly and temperamental - don't use it. The boot space is amazing - if you can fill a Mondeo boot, you are doing well, however the rear hatch is VERY heavy to lift (my wife always complains about this!) and when it's raining water runs off into the boot and on to you! Do newer Mondeos have remote hatch opening?
