Ford Mondeo Hatchback (2014 - 2022) Titanium Edition 2.0 Duratorq TDCi 150PS 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
I purchased a 2015 65 plate Ford Mondeo when it was seven months old. By the time it was 18 months old it only had 12k miles on the clock but needed new drive shafts and in addition the alloys were showing signs of deterioration and the rear brakes were pitted and scored to a level you would expect to see on a vehicle with 40k+ miles. The car was once again in the garage for a further set of new drive shafts when it reached 25k miles plus it displayed signs of gearbox damage. A new drivers airbag was fitted at 26k miles by which time the alloys had deteriorated further. The service received from the dealership was disappointing and substandard but nothing compared to the appalling attitude displayed by Ford customer services. Ford refuse to guarantee the newly fitted parts against defect even for a 12 month period. The build quality of this car and its component parts are substandard.
How reliable do you find the car?
Drive shafts have been replaced twice along with drivers airbag. Alloy wheels started deterioration when car 18 months old. Rear brake discs scored & pitted at 12k miles.About their car
