AVOID THIS DEALER!!
Bought a Ford S Max in Sept 2022. The car started to make funny noises and I had loss of the clutch pedal 3 weeks into purchase. Rang the dealer who told me the clutch and fly wheel had been replaced previously so there shouldn't be any problems. Was told to ring warranty.
Long story short. The garage I took it to for repairs gave this explanation to the problem "top gearbox mount bolts loose, concentric slave cylinder failed, caused by contact with the friction plate. Friction plate in the wrong way round. Fit a new DMF and clutch kit using correct special tools."
Due to the work done before purchase being incorrect I'm £1,364 out of pocket. Warranty is void due to error not being ware and tare. Garage won't take any responsibility and are avoiding my calls, hanging up on calls and avoiding the situation. I will now have to take them to court to get my money back as they sold me a non road worthy car.
