Ford Sierra Hatchback 2.0i Ghia 5d (1990/G) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
5 for value if it wasn't for a very poor 20miles per gallon - Get about 300 miles from a full tank.
Costs
Low fuel economy, parts = cheap, avaliable from most scrap yards.

On the road
Driving
Brilliant, the best car i've owned - Fast, handles like you would expect - easy to get the back out on most corners hence low fuel economy in the wet!
Performance
Try using the handbrake to slow down faster, I find that helps when trying to slow the beast down, accelerates quite well, pulling out of junctions in a hurry is always good fun.

Living with it
Reliability
Keeps going.
Image
80's classic, what more can I say?
Comfort
If you have the prehistoric lumber support that comes in the gear model (which I think is broken) then it is not very comfortable. Otherwise, the seats are pretty good, the booster seat is a classic which should be avaliable in every car!
