It never wants to charge. Especially on public chargers
The app hardly works, especially very early in the morning when any function I choose results in the alarm going off
It feels very plasticky and cheap inside
It was supposed to have personal concierge service. I’ve never met the person and they have never returned a call
Also the back passenger door lock stuck and made a very loud noise every time I locked or opened the car. Genesis took 2 attempts to fix it.
Because of some unresolveable issue it has bricked itself a couple of times
The globe thing that rotates on startup is the only thing of note even though it has no use or function
