Economy
Value
Depreciated badly from new, so great value now.
Costs
A bit heavy on fuel given the relatively small engine and performance, especially if you use the VTEC. Dealer a rip off, don't go there, it's 'only' a Honda.

Driving
A car to be driven hard and enjoyed. Superb handling, great noise from VTEC engine. If only it was a bit faster!
Performance
Hampered by Autobox and heavy weight, lacks low-down torque. Otherwise, delivers in a spirited manner.

Living with it
Reliability
Well, it's a Honda. Won't break down no matter how much I punish it.
Image
Great driver's car but sadly lacking in image. Classier than Mondeo/Vectra, and perfect for not getting noticed, especially in this dull beige colour.
Comfort
Extremely comfy and supportive seats, much better than my C class. A bit too much road noise though. Ride slightly firm, but it handles!

Security and Service
Security
Standard alarm is rubbish, stereo got nicked twice and it didn't go off, had to upgrade. Got deadlocks though.
Service
Used cheap brand of oil, was very expensive, and didn't even correct the alignment as part of the service. Won't go there again.
