Honda Accord Saloon 2.0 i-VTEC Executive 4d Auto (Navigation) (2005/05) Owner Review

Economy
Value
It's OK for what it is, but certain bits of interior design cheapen the image, given it's aspirations.
Costs
I actually like the lack of optional extras given the standard specifications.

On the road
Driving
Just what I wanted, smooth for commuting, reasonably sporty for the weekend.
Performance
It accelerates well at any speed, and can carry plenty of speed into a bend. Brakes seem very good.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Headlamp washers jammed twice, some interior rattles exacerbated by Stereo. paint coming off of parking sensors. Nothing major though.
Image
still makes me smile when I walk up to the car in a car park as I look forward to driving it.
Comfort
Wonderful seats. 16 hours from Italy to London in one go with no aches and pains says it all. Quiet at speed.

Security and Service
Security
Not been broken into yet. Boot seems very secure as a saloon.
Service
Dealers and Honda UK have been great at resolving niggly faults
