Value
Excellent engines and mechanics for the price paid. Hold value well too
Costs
Servicing can be dear from main agents, but I take mine to excellent non-Honda mechanics with no problems whatsoever. Parts were dear compared to European cars, but not much goes wrong with Honda

On the road
Driving
Strangely the car used to be ultra-smooth and refined when I first bought it 3 weeks ago, but now there are is a humming noise from the rear (probably wheel bearing). On smooth roads it is a joy to drive
Performance
Quick for a 1.5 SOHC largely because of the VTEC. Keeps revs high and you'll be surprised at how much poke these engines have!

Only had the car for 2 months now and been excellent so far. From previous experience of Japanese motors will last a lifetime if cared for

Sporty, but looks a tad 'Grandad'. Can be easily sorted with a nicer set of wheels and colour-coding exterior trim
Comfort
Poor seats can be incomfortable especially on longer journeys. Interior is much more comfortable on the Coupe models

Excellent, smooth, high revving engine. Surprising amount of power from such small capacity

Well recommended car cannot wait to purchase the DOHC VTi model. Just check for regular servicing. Top car if let down a little by fragile bodywork
