What does this car say about you?

Erm little bit old before my time, nothing I like better than a Japanese car, but having a young child means no rear wheel drive for me.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Friends rib you in their ST 170's or GT's, but who's the one with cheaper tax, insurance and can do them over speed humps. no-one really cares once you grow up.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, and for all the same reasons, cheap, reliable and economic, the partner likes it as it's comfortable and safe.

What are you likely to buy next?

Some kind of crossover or 4x4, a nice old defender would be nice.

Did you get a good deal and why?

For sale at £1200, offered cash by transfer £1000 as avoided finance and had 6 months tax thrown in.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

First child, needed something cheap, reliable and economic on a budget.

What was the dealer like?

Nothing less of helpful.

What's it like to drive?

Slightly shiftier than a boat, comfortable and enjoyable, no numb bums 2 hours later, even if you do leave your wallet in your back pocket.

What's it like to park?

Easy, I learnt to drive when living on a one way street with cars parked either side so parallel parking (sorry reverse parking these days) is never an issue.

Have you had any problems with the car?

So far so good, although it's due its first MOT with me, and I'm known for being a little heavy handed with my vehicles.

What's most practical about your car?

Its a good cheap car, no fancy bits.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

I personally hate gadgets, the fewer electronic gadgets the better, not because I'm a technophobe, but because I like traditional mechanical driving (back to the roots).
