Summary
What does this car say about you?
The car is very understated, giving a conservative impression, you could say it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing, excellent for not drawing unwanted attention. The car is also seen as 'an old mans car' by insurers, this help with the premium, (even though it’s a group 15!)
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Friends this it is an excellent car, good looking, quick, and practical. Parentals, whilst against at first saw the light when the borrowed it for the weekend, and were most impressed with its all round ability.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I would definatly buy this car again. and will.
What are you likely to buy next?
This car, possibly the VTi-S variant, the only difference being the body kit is a bit more 'grr'.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fantastic car to drive, for a 5 door hatch it handles very well, good power output (169Bhp approx, about 138Whp) the VTec system is very addictive and makes a fantastic sound, with a boost of power at 6,000rpm all the way to 8,200rpm. It has very confident handling, and the steering weights up nicely when approaching the limits; all round a very good car.
What's it like to park?
Parking is easy, due to good all-round visibility, perfectly weighted PAS (power assisted Steering).

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
One major thing has gone wrong with the car, this being the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) died. According to my independent Honda specialist this is a more common problem with this engine (B18C4) than Honda will admit. Cost approx £100 to fix, + the cost of the sensor (£280+ from Honda, £10 second hand).
What's most practical about your car?
Large boot, bigger than the equivalent Mondeo, also the car has well all round visibility.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Doesn't have many gadgets or accessories, options include A/C and half leather interior. The A/C is poor, and not worth the extra fuel consumption in my opinion.
