Summary
What does this car say about you?
Just a plain family hatchback apart from spoiler alloys and VTEC DOHC badges
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Most of them have similar civics but without the Vti treatment. They think of mine as the same with bigger alloys and spoiler - until they hear my De-catted exhaust.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No BUT only because i would like to try other performance Hondas.
What are you likely to buy next?
If circumstances allow, I would go for the Type R's (accord, civic, integra). I am also nuts about the turbo beasts - Impreza, Evo etc.

Didn't buy from a dealer

No

£2,300
When did you buy the car?
June 2007
Did you get a good deal and why?
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Nuts about jap performance scene. Good start with a vti. Always wanted one.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Calm local driving makes it feel like just like normal boring car. Put your foot down on bigger roads and theres a guaranteed grin on yer face. Needs sixth gear on m'way. Handling wise is great but could be better and more involving drive for a car of this nature.
What's it like to park?
Just a bit restrictive in the rear otherwise fine.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Common fault is the 1 and 2 settings on the heater dont work. Everything spot on, although some unsual sqeak/rattle from rear on bad road surfaces (potholes/bumps)- local garage could not figure it out.It is annoying just like the sqeaky half leathers.
What's most practical about your car?
It is a spacious family 5dr with a large boot. No complaints.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
VTEC engine. VTI-S bodykit looks the part. Also the rev counter that shows 9000rpm-NICE!
