Would you buy this car again and why?

No. The I-Shist gearbox is a bigger problem than Honda acknowledge, and I now know that very many of these cars suffer from water leaking into the cabin and boot.

Either a Saab or Volvo.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Paid a price in line with the various web guides, plus got some new tyres and a warranty.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I liked the car and the dealer was very good.

What was the dealer like?

Very professional, not at all pushy.

What's it like to drive?

Good on a good day, frightening when the I-Shift gearbox randomly changes gear at the wrong time. Can be a bit noisy on poor surfaces. The ride is not so good when the gearbox is playing up.

What's it like to park?

Very difficult to manoeuvre at slow speed because of the poor performance of the I-Shift gearbox. Visibility is poor, but you get used to that.

Have you had any problems with the car?

YES. The I-Shift gearbox is clearly faulty, the car developed a misfire, there were water leaks into the boot and the passenger foot-well.

What's most practical about your car?

Boot space and folding rear seats - very clever.

Clever dash layout.
