What does this car say about you?

I like red, looking good and have good taste.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all love it, and because its a Honda they think i have paid alot for it. It does turn heads and people want to race me which i find really bizarre

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would consider it, but i like to try different manufacturers.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a SE+, which meant £1500 worth of body kit free, with same colour spoiler, so it has a sporty look and a different grill plate than the SE. I got this as they couldn't find the car i wanted. I wanted a red one.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Just loved the look of the civic when it first came out. When i went to see it, it had all the things i wanted and needed and more

What was the dealer like?

He ws really good and polite, the test drive could have been longer, but to be honest i wanted the car. They were good at matching my budget and altho they were there to sell a car they weren't pushy. I was disappointed in the part ex offer tho, and don't get their GAP insurance there is cheaper on line, by at least £200.

What's it like to drive?

Its really smooth to drive, the only complaint is the eco bars that i try and use, to save petrol, but if i just drive the car it is alot of fun. I am still trying to get use to the 6 gears, and really need to work the car. I know it has more to give, and when i get to 500 miles i will. (No you don't have to break it in). It has got a firm ride but only on really bad roads and there is not alo of cabin noise, the brakes are excellent and the rear spoiler is great to deflect headlights from cars behind. Not sure about not having a back windscreen wiper tho, as on short journeys the rain on the window is a distraction, on long journeys the aerodynamics pushes it away.

What's it like to park?

Well i don't have a problem, but my parking skills are not great. I have reversed it and you do need to check all directions loads as there are a few blind spots. My only moan is the steering wheel locks only when it is straight, so will have to learn to park straight i guess!!!

Nothing at the moment

What's most practical about your car?

I've got to say the space. Its like the tardis, small on the outside big on the inside. Love the cinema style seats, they call "magic seats", love the boot space and the soft comfy seats.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love the dash board, the refriderated glovebox and the climate control, instead of air con. (It doesn't use that much petrol either to run it)!!!
