Lovely, all impressed with interior & exterior designs. Oddly, the starter button gained the most interest.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I'd buy an upgrade of this particular model, no problem. Its just such a unique design for the future.

yup, had a good deal on part ex from a 2000 model, and 06 civic was in V good condition
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
good test drive, and a big update on previous civic
What was the dealer like?
trouble free and no hassle. Alltogether a smooth deal. The car turnaround was quick and ready for pickup in a day.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The 1.8 is a breeze to drive with plenty of power in 2nd gear, quite easy to wheel spin though if not careful. As suggested by other reviewers, it can be a firm ride, but I've only found this if the driver is actually driving the car hard. Steering is ultra responsive.
What's it like to park?
Takes a bit of getting used to compared to my old 2 models previous civic, due to the odd positioning of the rear bar across the back windscreen. But personally for my driving blocks out the headlights or cars behind. Reversing parking - no problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
One rear speaker was'nt working, but quickly fixed by dealer. Apart from that, sound motoring.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot size is cleverly designed and overall the car is just easy & pleasant to drive. Logical dashboard design too.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Has to be the chilled glovebox just for idea of it. The car is of the basic spec in the range, but enough of the gadgets in the car are displayed on the console(s) once activated, at eye level.
