Likes reliability and style. Not afraid to go for something a bit different!

Really like the looks and engine. Firm suspension - too firm on poor roads.

Yes - reliable, cheap to run/tax, practical, stylish.

What are you likely to buy next?

Unfortunately not a 9th generation new civic. I don't like the look of them! A step backwards me thinks!

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes - cheapest around at the time. Full service history, 6 month warranty (not that you'll need it with a Honda) and only 40,000 miles. Got a good trade in for my old car too.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Reliability, excellent 2.2 diesel and styling.

What was the dealer like?

Good - no problems.

What's it like to drive?

2.2 diesel engine is superb; effortless, reliable and refined. Quiet with minmal road noise. Handles well, although not as well as my previous 2006 suzuki swift! Seats support my back very well. I can't complain about the rear spoiler - I can see fine and think it makes the car stand out from the rest. However, the suspension is harsh on bad, pot-holed roads. I drive an A road every day and luckily that road surface is smooth and well maintained.

What's it like to park?

Fine

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing at all. Have done 22,000 miles, mainly on an A road in 17 months. Have not even needed to change brakes etc...The car has been 100 % reliable and faultless.

What's most practical about your car?

Huge boot (best in class), magic seats and 52 mpg average.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love the dash board and 17 inch rims look great.
