Honda Civic Hatchback (2012 - 2017) 1.8 i-VTEC ES 5d Owner Review

Much improved interior build quality and materials over previous model and feels a more solid vehicle. Paintwork is easily scratched, rear view is fine and the centre bar hides bright lights at night without using the dimmer. ES spec. is more than enough, the USB interface works well for folders of albums. Upper display so useful that the behind the wheel detail is irrelevant. Quick to change to km for outside UK. Steering wheel cruise a doddle to use. Seats comfortable and Magic seat versatility unmatched. Eco mode is left off since I can match the mpg without it. 6th starts at 30 and still keeps under 3000rpm at 75. The 2016/7 model is longer and has no Magic seat provision. They've lost a buyer. What a shame.
