What does this car say about you?
I'm a 33 year old ned ? Don't really care what it says. I want a focused, reasonably priced car that is reliable and doesn't cost the earth to run. Don't want to be the same as other BMW, AUDI drivers my age.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Like it, don't like it. Think they'll just be glad i didn't buy another Subaru. Who cares what they think.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes i would. Ok, the dash board squeaks around the cd player. The plastics are cheap and mark easy. You can't drive it backwards. There's so many blind spots, you may as well not bother looking anywhere other than in front of you. In my opinion. It's faults are what makes it great !!
What are you likely to buy next?
I'm running this car into the ground,so i haven't a clue ? It will most likely be Japanese. I know that much.

I paid the asking price for the car, but got good price for my trade in.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted another hot hatch with Japanese reliability. For me, the Honda Civic Type R GT is a safe bet.
What was the dealer like?
Delivered on what i asked for, with regards to some paint work on the car. A good buying experience in general.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Lovely car to drive. Not that fast though. Unless your in at least 2nd gear. 3rd gear rolling hop is not great at all. 200 bhp, no turbo. What do you expect ? Hard suspension but again, it is a HOT HATCH ! I still love every minute of it though.
What's it like to park?
TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!!! Why not put the spoiler at the top of the tail gate and give us a rear wash wipe ? Bad design !!! Wish it had parking sensors !! Great car still. just don't use reverse, ever !!!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Front sub frame bolts required re-greasing ( creaking noise on and off throttle ) A relay in a door mirror ( wouldn't turn in fully ).
What's most practical about your car?
The boot ! This is a HOT HATCH. Not a family car. Although i use it for both.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Honda fit Blue Tooth hands free phone. ( Honda option ) The instrument panel. Rev counter etc, is great. The car is set up for the driver. No one else !
