Economy
Value
Price is a little on the high side, considering it is quite a basic vehicle.
Costs
I analyse every litre of fuel going into the car and I get 25.68 mpg (averaged over 8 months) which is better than I expected and nearly as good as my 2.0 Passat Est which gave 27 mpg over 16 months

On the road
Driving
Absolutely impeccable driving manners and a joy to drive.
Performance
It is not as fast, or as zippy, as my previous Passatt 2.0 Est. However, it is ideal for my purposes running around town.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Honda reliability is legendary and I am not about to dent that record.
Image
When I think about the image I console myself with the thought that the CR-V outsells the Freelander, RAV4 by a factor of 3 to 1.
Comfort
I like the driving position and the seats are comfortable. however, by comparison to most saloon car seats, they are rather horizontal (i.e. do not slope backward much).

Security and Service
Security
I feel that the vehicle security is OK but, until it is tested in some way, I would reserve judgement
