Honda CR-V (2001 - 2006) 2.0 i-VTEC SE Sport 5d Auto Owner Review

A very comfortable and reliable car, one of the best cars i have ever owned , The engine and transmission have needed nothing more than routine servicing in 159000 miles and it still drives like a newish car. Performance is good considering the size and weight of the car and it handles reasonably well for a large estate. Very easy to drive and great visibility. Very few signs of wear to the interior which shows the quality of materials used. The load space with the seats folded is cavernous and has coped well with some very heavy loads. I like the rear glass window opening, great for putting things in the boot when someone parks too close to open the tailgate. The table in the boot is a nice idea but has never been used as you have to empty the boot to access it, A bit of a design fault in my opinion, a cut out in the rear bumper would have solved this issue. The only negatives I find are the fuel economy and the rear tailgate is quite heavy. A good solid workhorse with some nice refinement as a bonus. I would buy another if this one ever wears out.
