Honda CR-V (2001 - 2006) 2.0 i-VTEC SE Sport 5d Owner Review

Second CR-V I have bought, originally bought a mk1 & decided to upgrade. Brilliant v-tec engine, powerful & pulls well with caravan, average around 33mpg & around 22mpg towing. Relatively easy car to work on, I have changed clutch, suspension bushes, exhaust & full service. Watch for surface rust under car, again I've used buzzweld all in one to protect under body. High driving position, seats comfy & hug you, smooth ride, plenty of space with big boot, with all terrain tyres fitted it's fairly capable off road as towing caravan in fields it's got us out no probs unlike freelanders with road tyres. Last for years if you look after it, better than rav 4, x trial etc. Only downside is when reversing & spare tyre in way but you get use to it.
