Honda CR-V (2007 - 2012) 2.2 i-CTDi ES 5d Owner Review

I'am very happy with my choice of a Honda CRV 2.2 diesel which was purchased primarily for towing my caravan a job that my old 04 Reg RAV4 diesel was struggling with and the CRV has not disappointed me at all. The CRV is also very spacious and comfortable on the longest of journeys , it is used daily for work and the 30 mile plus round trip is a pleasure in this car ! On the down side this car suffers with an annoying squeaking clutch pedal that no amount of silicone spray or white grease applied to it will stop it and the gear change is very notchy in the first three gears especially when cold problems that a lot of these cars seem to suffer with ! The only other minor thing worth noting is the interior plastic door trims and boot area trim will soon mark if caught with anything hard . Overall a great car though and I would buy another one !
