Honda CRX 1.6i (130bhp) 3d (1988/E) Owner Review

Economy
Value
Can be pricey if your looking for a mint condition example. Generally you can find a good one for between £1000 and £1500.
Costs
Most parts can be sourced alot cheaper than going to Honda. Petrol consumption is good if you can stop youself from exploiting the horsepower under your right foot.

On the road
Driving
Amazing little car. Sticks to the road like glue in the dry. In the wet understeer can quickly shift to oversteer.
Performance
Amazing amounts of power and torque from a 1.6 engine. By far and away the best FWD car i have ever driven.

Living with it
Reliability
It's a Honda. Need i say more?
Image
Looks modern despite being 17 years old now. Every time i go out for a drive i stop for a second and admire its shape.
Comfort
Very comfy in the front, although i wouldn't like to travel any sort of distance in the back of one. Tiny rear seats and a sloping roof line don't make for a nice ride for back passangers
