Honda HR-V (2015 - 2020) EX 1.5 i-VTEC (09/2018 on) 5d Owner Review

It was bought to facilitate family needs (principally grandchildren) and my wife's preferences. Honda's reliability was a big factor in the purchase. So far, so good. It is comfortable to sit in and quite good to drive. The engine is quite noisy. Adjustment of heat etc is a nuisance, as it really needs to be done when stationary. The front window heater is a disappointment during frosty days: I thought that we were getting something akin to Ford's system. Don't buy a dark colour. The paintwork has acquired a lot of minor scratches: you would almost think it had been finished in watercolours! We are happy that it is doing the function that we require it for and anticipate not having to change for several years.
