Honda Integra Type-R (1997 - 2001) 1.8 Type-R 2d (AC+Alarm) Owner Review

I had a DC2 Integra type R , S registration for 13 years, that says it all. It was noisy, had properly hard suspension and very little creature comforts when I bought it. It was however the most fun I have ever had on 4 wheels , more so than any of the exotica I have driven since. Plus where can you leave an Aston Martin or Porsche without wondering when will it get keyed... Mechanically they are bombproof, the major downside is the bodywork, they get eventually get rot at the sills and the rear arches which costs a lot to sort out properly . These cars are so pure a driving experience it hurts, you don't have to be doing a hundred to feel the buzz. Watch out the car will try and goad you into doing it anyway just to hear the vtec scream. I seriously regret selling mine and am seriously tempted to get another..
