Honda Jazz Crosstar (2020 - 2023) 1.5 i-MMD Hybrid EX eCVT auto 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
Overall really like the car it drives well, is comfortable and the storage especially with the magic seat facility is very useful. Over the period I have had the car it has been very economical normally achieving around 70 miles to the gallon, this is by checking actual fuel consumed not the cars readout which seems to give a little higher figure. It has every conceivable extra as standard in the vehicle but I find the sensor on the front which detects grass verges or centre road markings infuriating, I know this is a safety feature but I have to switch it off prior to every journey as the vibrating steering wheel and dash lights are very distracting. As previously stated the issue with the seat wear after only 18 months and 9000 miles is upsetting as not sure what will happen to them in the future. My final comment is that you should be aware that if your Honda agent cannot assist you Honda no longer have customer services in UK and you will have to deal with Honda Europe Bulgaria !
How reliable do you find the car?
I have only had one problem with the light coloured fabric on seat edges showing signs of rubbing and some threads on joints pulling, this is on both front and rear seats but rear seats very rarely used. Honda will not take any responsibility for this and say it is wear & tear caused by myself and wife sitting in the car to drive it !!! Seems both unreasonable & ridiculous.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Good overall in ride, comfort, fuel consumption and storage. Pity Honda after sales regarding seat issues has spoilt my overall impression of the company.
