Summary
What does this car say about you?
Who cares! It's a very good all round performer that's beautifully built. Like the adverts say - isn't it great when things just work!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Pert, practical.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - nothing can touch Honda for reliability and build quality
What are you likely to buy next?
Newer Jazz which has side airbags and improved ride.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£6,200
When did you buy the car?
April 2006
Did you get a good deal and why?
Bought via E Bay - sale of very low mileage car - by son of deceased old lady driver. Only 6000 miles in 3.5 years. Still smelled like a new car. price was at least £2000 less than any comparable car from dealer
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted well built small car with spacious flexible accomodation, good economy, light controls and and automatic
What was the dealer like?
-
Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Lovely to drive - all controls very light but solid. However passengers not so happy as ride tends to be hard and jiggly on anything but smoothest main roads. Mainly driven by my wife who finds it comfortable and incredibly easy to drive - nippy easy to park etc.
What's it like to park?
Simple - good all round visibility
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
Rear seat is so flexible. Can lift seat base like a cinema seat to provide clear space between front and rear seats - very useful for all the tall plants my wife buys. Or you can fold whole of rear seat down flat onto floor with headrests sliding under front seats
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The flexibility of the rear seats. CVT auto gearbox is also brilliant - very smooth and virtually no economy penalty.
