Honda Jazz (2015 - 2020) 1.3 EX Navi 5d CVT Owner Review

We loved our previous Jazz hybrid which gave us 6 years of good service with an average of 60mpg over 40,000 miles.We wre persuaded by our Honda dealerbyo look at the new Jazz as he said that the hybrid battery would soon be an expensive issue. We decided to go for the top of the range EX Navi version. What a mistake ! For some reasonresdon Honda fit this car with low profile tyres and a stiffened suspension which makes for an extremely hard and jarring ride. As a result the car now rattles like a 20 year old banger. Also the 1.3 engine is extremely under powered when linked to the CVT box which rather than the gradual change of ratios as in previous Honda's is now stepped like a conventional box and which hunts up and down on its own accord. The car has been back to the dealer a number of times but I keep getting fobbed off with them claiming there is nothing wrong with the car. We have been loyal Honda owners for the last 13 years but they have now lost us as repeat customers.
