Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi 2d (2000/W) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
I bought a one year old with 10k miles on the clock at about half the new price. A lot of car for the money.
Costs
Tyres very expensive and the front ones don't last long at all. Fairly good on petrol though, unless abused!

On the road
Driving
An excellent drive, comfortable cabin and a peachy engine. Although lacks the silkiness of a V6.
Performance
Acceleration is incredible, with a superb engine note around the VTEC moment. Cornering is very poised, with very little bodyroll.

Living with it
Reliability
Perfect. Only snag is the brake discs corrode quickly.
Image
Colour and spec make all the difference. Yellow with big alloys and spoiler looks good.
Comfort
Limited headroom in the front for tall drivers. Children only in the back.

Haven't had a service yet.
