Hyundai Coupe Coupe (1996-2002) interior, tech and comfort

(change model)
The interior really looks dated up against modern coupe offerings (including Hyundai’s latest – and very good – Coupe). Some of the switches are in awkward places and the buttons have a cheap feel to them. Models with cloth trim feel even worse. But there’s a good driving position, good forward visibility (not so good looking backwards) and decent stereo on top models.
Like many cars this size, it’s a four-seater in name. But the reality, the two rear seats are compromised by the sloping roof-line and limited legroom. But if it’s used mainly as a two-seater, it’s better, with a spacious cabin and lots of legroom.
